The place is secluded and charming, situated right next to the forest; the staff were friendly and helpful all day long, and the room was spacious and newly renovated, complete with a shower, bathroom.

The units had a limited but satisfactory choice.

The room was tastefully decorated and reasonably large. The hotel is in an absolutely gorgeous and comfortable location, near the store. It is adjacent to a bistro, which is convenient.

The hotel is situated in a wonderful location within a Forestry camp. The staff at the hotel are friendly and always ready to assist. My room was modern and had updated furnishings.

This place was a great location for exploring around and we had a lot of fun, plus our room had a bathtub and useful amenities like a microwave, coffee/tea makers, and a refrigerator.

My well decorated and reasonably large room came with shower, WiFi and the bathroom. The hotel was in an excellent location, in front of the store. Further, it was near Close to Lassen park, the forest and the restaurant across the street.

The complementary hot chocolate and cookies were a nice touch during our Christmas stay. The location was perfect for easy access to nearby outdoor activities. We also had a great time playing games in the common area.

The room was freezing and we couldn't find any extra blankets. The bathroom was outdated and in need of repair.

I loved my stay at this hotel. The staff was very supportive and easily adjusted to my late check-in. The location was gorgeous, surrounded by a beautiful meadow that added to my experience. The hotel was kept very clean, and the room was comfortable and cozy. the hotel had everything I needed, including a cute little kitchen area and basic toiletries.

Our stay at this remote RV Park was pleasant. The tall trees provided a beautiful view in the morning, and the manager was accommodating. The bathroom was adequate and the location was ideal as it was very close to Lassen Volcanic NP. The kitchen area was functional and the room was comfortable.

We were disappointed to find that there are no special rates available, despite the high prices.

Spent Easter in a charming lodge near a west-coast national park. the cabin was spacious and homey, with plenty of pillows and blankets - great for lounging around and taking in the scenery. the restaurant was really good, serving up tasty meals with generous portion sizes. Kids had a blast on the property playing games, exploring, and enjoying the clean air.

While the staff were friendly, there were some hiccups with payment processing and communication. Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and recommend the lodge for anyone looking for a peaceful, outdoorsy getaway.

The location is amazing, the staff is excellent, and the views of the valley are absolutely stunning, plus the restaurant offers great food and drinks, making it a good place to stay during our visit.
